DESCRIPTION DU POSTE:
Ce projet s’étendra sur une période de 3 à 4 ans et a pour but de:
- VOTRE MISSION:
- Piloter un projet d'envergure visant à transformer notre plateforme, son parc applicatif et ses processus opérationnels
- Piloter une relation avec un fournisseur, gérer l'avancement, piloter les budgets et faciliter les échanges
- Identifier en collaboration avec les business analysts les besoins du business et proposer les meilleures solutions en collaboration avec le solution architect et les développeurs
- Revoir en collaboration avec les business analysts les processus end-to-end et travailler sur l'expérience utilisateur
- Accompagner les développements en suivant une méthodologie Agile
- Garantir les exigences de Qualité de nos solutions
- Gérer la coordination entre les différentes équipes
- Organiser et conduire les comités de pilotage avec la direction
**Qualifications**:
PROFIL RECHERCHÉ:
- Formation universitaire ou école supérieure en Ingénierie (Master), idéalement informatique ;
- Plus de 5 ans d’expérience en développement de solution informatique avec une forte sensibilité à résoudre des problématiques business
- Plus de 5 ans d’expérience en pilotage de projets complexes
- Expérience confirmée en méthodologie de gestion de projet (PMI, Prince 2 ou Agile)
- Solides connaissances et compréhension des besoins business
- Excellente capacité de communication écrite et orale avec un esprit de synthèse
- Très bon esprit d'équipe ;
- Sens des responsabilités et capacité à travailler de façon autonome ;
- Résistance au stress, capacité d’adaptation et aisance communicationnelle ;
- Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais ;
**Domicile sur Suisse ou volonté de se domicilier en suisse.**
