For the global HQ of our client, we are searching for a:
Learning & Development Team Leader
**Responsibilities**:
- In collaboration with your team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing retail learning strategies: follow-up, implementation and development of the retail training strategy for the retail staff as well as training and support to the trainers of the subsidiaries worldwide.
- Lead, coordinate and support the team
- Assess development needs, design e-learning courses and deliver training and ensure that trainings are delivered as per HQ requirements
- Support and maintain permanent contact with HQ Departments and trainers worldwide
- Evaluate effectiveness, create reports related to trainings and sales figures
- Search for new, innovative ways to train and implement it into the Retail Network
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s Degree and proven experience as an L&D Team Leader or similar role in an international environment, working across cultures and in a matrix environment.
- English: fluent. French and/or German: a plus.
- Experience in designing e-learning courses
- Experience in managing budgets
- Strong analytical skills and strong customer focus
- You are committed to innovation and continuous improvement.
- You are analytical and creative, capable of flexing solutions to changing demands.
- You have excellent communication skills
- You have no problem working with numbers and have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
