**Open Program Corporate Solutions Lead**

**The Job's Mission**

The Open Programs Corporate Solutions Lead supports the growth of open programs (B2B2C) sales to corporates working closely with the European Market Directors. This includes putting together unique creative winning solutions/proposals to client’s needs and challenges by leveraging the IMD open program portfolio, follow up on leads from lead to close.

**Key Activities & Accountabilities**
- Support the European Market Directors in their efforts to sell more open programs to corporate buyers
- Follow up on open program (B2B2C) leads delegated from the European Market Directors
- Do a first diagnose on a client’s learning and development needs based and knowledge of how IMD can help and what possible L&D solutions may look like
- Craft customized learning solutions/proposals in power point
- Map IMD’s open program portfolio to various levels of the client and creating learning pathways for individuals in organizations
- Cooperate with the EDS team and get expert help in selecting programs to go into the learning solution if needed
- Follow up on sales effort
- from opportunity to close
- Support faculty or the Directors in proposal presentations to clients (at the client site, on the phone or via video).
- Assist in the design of combined CP+ OP solutions
- integrating the OP portfolio effectively in CP solutions
- Utilize departmental sales processes and client classification schemas.
- Meet departmental expectations for activity, CRM documentation (contacts, accounts and custom opportunities) and overall approach.

**Education**
- Bachelor degree in business or other equivalent
- Fluent spoken and written English, other languages an advantage

**Experience**
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience with an outstanding track record of achievement working in leadership development, executive education, or business development/sales positions.
