**About Crypto Finance**

The Crypto Finance Group - comprising two FINMA-regulated financial institutions and part of Deutsche Börse Group - offers professional digital asset solutions. This includes one of the first FINMA-approved securities firms with 24/7 brokerage services, custody, infrastructure, and tokenisation solutions for financial institutions, as well as the first FINMA-approved manager of collective assets for crypto assets, with an active, rules-based and index-based alternative investment fund offering, including the first Swiss crypto fund. The Crypto Finance Group is headquartered in Switzerland.

We are currently looking for an Office Support / Intern 40-60% to join our team. The starting date would be by arrangement at our new office on the 24th floor of the Prime Tower in Zurich.

This role is temporary for 6 months with the potential for an extension.

**Responsibilities**
- Attending to the reception, cafeteria, and meeting rooms
- Be the contact person for employee and visitor requests
- Maintaining an overview of the office supplies
- General office support activities (sending mail, running errands, grocery shopping, etc.)
- Keeping the coffee kitchen and meeting rooms tidy and clean throughout the day
- Assistance with in-house events

**Requirements**:

- Completed vocational training, or currently studying
- Ideally experience in the service sector, but not a must
- Fluent in German and English
- Teamwork skills with ability to work in a multicultural environment and build harmonious working relationships
- Organised, structured, and independent working style with high level of confidentiality and attention to detail
