Management Housekeeping Shipboard experience - Land base HK Management experience (Cruise industry and Hotels); - School Hotel Management; - Excellent organisational skills; - A team player but also able to work on own initiative; - Self-motivated and flexible; - Ability to provide emotional and social support; - Excellent communication skills written and verbal. - Organize equipment, material on board for special canvas and or special needs; - Create files, powerpoint presentation, Operation manuals for the Director of Housekeeping Services; - Write Sop when requested - Control Opnet Sops are complete and updated; - Assist the Traveling Team when necessary; - Approve the ships Hk Managements IPM when the Director of Hk Services is not available; - Send meeting invitation to the onboard Housekeeping Management Team when requested; - Answer the special needs requests; - Write and publish Housekeeping Training material - Coordinate Hk Trainings on board the ships; - Create and keep an updated list of internal promotion within the Hk Department offering an equal opportunity to the Crew; - Communicate passion to the shoreside and onboard Housekeeping Team giving opportunities to work with happiness; - Organize and coordinate the change of mattresses on board the ships according to the budget available; - Answer to Safetyculture Audits notifications; - Participate to meetings when requested.
