This culture of caring is the focus of our corporate philosophy, that are anchored in the internationally applicable **Credo** **Sr Team Leader GMP Operations** **(Lenti 50L DSP)** **Position overview** Leading and developing the Drug Substance team within GMP Operations, which includes all manufacturing related activities from pre-clinical to commercial product supplies. **Tasks & Responsibilities**: - Management of the team and responsible for the development of staff, performance of appraisals and have key role in recruitment of new hires - Assure that the members of the team keep up to date with developments in own field and are adequately trained; represent own expertise field within and outside Janssen. - Participates as the GMP Operations TL in regulatory inspections and is experienced with the required GMP and regulatory guidelines. - Define team objectives, translate them into activities and take responsibility for the overall results of those activities. - Maintain and continuously improve cGMP compliance within her department - (Co) initiates the actions required to start changes, improve efficiency, reduce recurrent deviations (GMP/SHE), reduce downtime Timely delivery of product with the correct quality and quantity to meet project demands **Qualifications** - MSc or bachelor’s degree in life sciences with 5-10 years of relevant experience in CMC development, manufacturing of pharmaceutical products - Knowledge and experience of cGMP manufacturing of CTM and/or commercial products in Drug Substance area including pilot scale and technology transfer - Experience with leading teams is highly preferred - Advanced knowledge of goal setting, leadership, problem solving, communication, mentoring and coaching techniques - Knowledge and interpretation/implementation ability of cGMP and current Regulatory Compliance Guidelines - Fluency in English and German highly preferred **Our offer**: - An exciting position in an international and dynamic environment with continuous learning and growth opportunities - A competitive salary, on-site sport accommodations, health/energy programs and other benefits for you and your family. - An inclusive team environment where diversity and different opinions are respected and valued, and the importance of a good work-life balance is recognized.
