For our Bern site, we are currently looking for a

**Regional Fill & Finish Sr. Manager**:
You will ensure that CSL Behring fill and finish external operations within the region can meet future growth aspirations and maintain the integrity of supply by establishing operational capability through outsourcing/external supply networks.

You will help develop strategies, investigate and build important external E2E operational networks within the region, and manage important partner relationships to support CSL long-term growth strategy.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Lead Fill and Finish Operations partnerships (CMOs / CDMOs) in the region that forms a part of the overall External Supply Integration strategy
- Implement projects and operationally lead the established external partnerships to defined performance measures
- Oversee assigned regional partner alliances for fill and finish across the End-to-End Operations
- Develop project plans, risk management plans and lead the implementation projects for fill and finish operations
- Develop milestone planning and goals to provide a clear direction for assigned partnerships
- Ensure that essential supply chain interfaces between the partners and CSL are maintained, and that information related to planning, quality and supply requirements are understood and transparent within CSL and the partner organization
- Ensure compliance between End-to-end Supply, external supply integration, new product development and network strategies for responsible unit operations

**Your skills and experience**:

- University degree in life sciences, engineering or business; preferably an MBA or advanced degree
- 7+ years' experience including 5 years' leadership in multi-location environments, leading cross-functional teams
- Experience in operations, supply chain and commercial contracts negotiation
- Solid project management skills
- Experience working in a global environment
- Proficiency in written and spoken English is required
