With a new reorganisation, we are expanding our consulting services in Europe, UK, USA and Canada, focusing on eco-home and home automation, marketing, PM software consulting, company reorganisation, growth, expansion and exit preparation.

As a PM consultant at Tara Home Consulting, you will play a crucial role in assisting our clients and helping them optimise and scaling their activities in the short term rental industry. You will work closely with property managers providing expert advice and assistance to maximise operation, product, marketing and profitability.

**Responsibilities**:
Expanding our portfolio in Germany, Austria and Switzerland

Conduct in-depth analysis of clients' activities in vacation rental industry to identify areas for improvement and growth.

Advise clients on eco-certification and provide guidance on the implementation of sustainable practices.

Assist clients in optimising operation automation, marketing, commercial, finance dept.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, continuously improving your knowledge and skills to provide valuable guidance to clients.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience in the holiday rental industry, preferably as a property manager or consultant.

Thorough knowledge of the industry.

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven recommendations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and build strong relationships.

Proficiency in the use of property management software and familiarity with project management tools.

Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
