**Job Summary**

At Valiantys, we empower organizations to work smarter with Atlassian solutions. As a **Lead Consultant**, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering strategic, cross-practice engagements. Acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, you’ll guide teams, mentor consultants, and set the standard for consulting excellence.

**Purpose & Responsibilities**
- **Lead delivery** of strategic and complex projects, ensuring solutions align with client needs, feasibility, and best practices
- Act as **trusted advisor** to senior stakeholders, shaping impactful solutions and maximizing client value
- ** Mentor and develop consultants**, fostering knowledge sharing and supporting their growth
- Serve as **escalation point** for complex technical issues and ensure quality delivery across engagements
- **Manage and grow your team**: setting goals, monitoring performance, recruiting, onboarding, and enabling consultants
- Drive **continuous improvement** of Valiantys’ standards, methods, and service offerings
- ** Collaborate cross-functionally** with Delivery Managers, Practice Leads, Project Managers, and Sales to ensure client success
- Support **presales efforts** by reviewing Statements of Work, validating feasibility, and delivering tailored demonstrations
- ** Represent Valiantys** at industry events, contribute to thought leadership, and share insights from the field

**Do you have what it takes to be our future Lead Consultant?**

Solid background in **consulting and solution delivery** (ideally with Atlassian or similar ecosystem experience)

Proven ability to **lead cross-functional projects** and act as trusted advisor to senior stakeholders

Strong **people leadership skills**: mentoring, team management, performance feedback, and recruiting

Hands-on experience in **solution architecture, discovery, and presales** engagements

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills

A mindset of **curiosity, collaboration, and continuous improvement**

Professional proficiency in **German and English**, written and spoken

Atlassian certifications (or willingness to obtain them) are a strong plus

For non-Swiss applicants, a valid residence and work permit (B or C) is required
