what. is looking for a lead consultant to take charge of the Digital Transformation Consultancy.

At what. we help businesses thrive digitally in multiple ways. We speak to CEOs, business owners, founders and identify how digital technologies will make their company more successful. This initial consulting based on deep understanding of client’s business is crucial in the development of the suitable digital solution.

As our Digital Transformation Lead you’ll take clients from the initial discovery, assessment to develop the strategy and roadmap, ultimately leading the first steps of the implementation work.

You will guide organisations through their digital transformation journey to reach their business goals.

You will also be responsible for the Digital Transformation Consultancy unit's success, taking ownership of client acquisition and revenue generation, to build and scale the unit. You’ll build relationships with our existing clients, expand your network and be present externally to generate new opportunities. The success of your work will be measured by client satisfaction, overall revenue and profitability of the business unit.

Strategise and deliver -** Demonstrated experience leading digital projects within organisations, including assessing current systems, recommending digital solutions, and guiding implementation.
- ** Analytical approach - **Strong understanding of business processes across various industries and the ability to identify opportunities for optimisation and efficiency improvement through digitalisation.
- ** Communication** - Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a track record of building and maintaining client relationships with C-level individuals and founders.
- ** Sales track record - **Previous experience in sales or business development roles, with a proven track record of generating leads and driving revenue growth.
- ** Technically hands-on** - You’re passionate about digital tools and you’re experimenting with various approaches to develop pragmatic solutions that potentially become prototypes of the final deliverable.
- ** You’re NOT a corporate consultant** - This job is for pragmatic doers, not report writers who never touched the real work.
