**Was du bewegen wirst**:

- Konzipieren, Ausrollen und begleiten Digitale Transformationen bei diverse Kunden
- Begleitung von diversen Kunden in der **(Weiter-)Entwicklung der agilen Organisation**
- Nutzen und Prinzipien der **lean/agilen Methodik** auf Unternehmens
- und Teamebene vermitteln
- Kunden coachen in herausfordernden Situationen auf dem Weg zu neuen, agilen Zusammenarbeitsformen
- Coaching in Themen wie **Lean **Change Management, Backlog **Management, Selbstorganisation, Zeremonien und Tools**
- **Facilitator** und Moderator von Management und agilen Teams in Unternehmungen
- Einsatz als Referent*in in unserer Xebia Academy
- Fachliche und menschliche Weiterentwicklung unserer Business Unit Agile and Transformation

**Was du mitbringst**:

- Du kannst mindestens 8 Jahre “hands-on” Erfahrung in agilen Transformationen vorweisen. Zusätzlich blickst du auf mind. 5 Jahre Erfahrung als Agile Coach oder Agile Change/Transformation Manager zurück.
- Konkrete Erfahrung mit Begleitung Management in agilen Transformationen
- Fundierte Erfahrung in agilen Rollen wie Scrum Master, Product Owner und/oder Release Train Engineer von Vorteil.
- Coaching-Ausbildung von Vorteil
- Zertifizierungen im agilen Bereich von Vorteil (z.B.,Scrum, SAFe etc.)
- Inspirierende und gewinnende Kommunikationsmethoden sowie diplomatisches Fingerspitzengefühl
- Fachliche Führungskompetenz mit sozialen Fähigkeiten: “Leuchtende Augen Prinzip” ; du brennst für die Themen
- Verhandlungssicher in Deutsch und Englisch mit einem ausgeprägten Kommunikationsvermögen
- Hochschulabschluss (ETH, FH, Uni, HF) von Vorteil
