We are hiring an Operations Manager with the ambition to have a tangible impact on our agency and the way we create value for our corporate and startup partners. Tasks Customer Relationship Management - Leverage and grow our partner platform (CRM) by engaging existing and potential partners. - Own and manage our event series "AFTER HOURS" for founders and managers. - Curate and frequently share portfolio, product, and company insights and updates with the team, our partners, and the public. Operations - Manage internal and external projects working cross-functionally. - Handle administrative tasks as assigned by the leadership team. - Execute accounting activities, conduct simple analyses and create forecasts.
