**Meet our Team**
For our Office in Wallisellen (Zürich) we are are looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist/Office Manager in Part-time who will perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks and will be the first point of contact for our company.
**What you'll be doing**
- Welcome guests and corporate with other department to support on logistic such as: welcome board, arrange wifi, meeting room, hotel and flights booking, making price requests
- management of company cars
- work on company access card for staff & visitor and update monthly report.
- Answer and transfer phone calls to appropriate individuals/departments.
- Work on company mail post (in & out) and update monthly report.
- Update and work on monthly report about all costs and expenses for admin budgets.
- Work with Admin team to support all company events.
- Supervision of apprentices
**What you bring to the team**
- Bachelor's in business administration or relevant major.
- Proven work experience as Receptionist position or similar role.
- Excellent organizational & customer service skills
- Experience in dealing with the Microsoft Office Package (Excel, Word, Powerpoint etc.)
- German, English fluent spoken and written, other languages are an advantage.
- Independent, proactive, reliable and flexible
