As Counter Manager, you will take ownership of the counter’s performance, leading your team to provide exceptional customer experiences while achieving ambitious business goals.

**How you will create a beautiful impact**:
**Customer Experience**
- Represent the La Prairie brand, embodying its values, vision, and luxury identity.
- Deliver expert and professional advice to discerning local and international customers.
- Understand customer needs through active listening and provide tailored product recommendations.
- Demonstrate products using La Prairie's **Art of Service** and **Art of Beauty** rituals, including luxurious short treatments.
- Share the brand’s story, innovation, and values through compelling storytelling.
- Build and nurture loyal clientele through outstanding customer service and relationship management.

**Team Leadership and Management**
- Lead, motivate, and coach a team of Beauty Advisors and Beauty Therapists to achieve excellence in customer service and sales.
- Organize regular team briefings and training sessions to maintain product knowledge and ensure alignment with La Prairie’s values.
- Develop team members' skills through coaching and fostering a high-performance culture.

**Business and Operations**
- Monitor and drive counter performance by analyzing and managing KPIs (sales, traffic, conversion rates, average basket size, etc.).
- Prepare and present business reports to the Retail Manager, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Manage inventory and operations effectively to ensure optimal product availability.
- Oversee the implementation of La Prairie’s **visual merchandising** guidelines to maintain the brand’s luxurious image.
- Ensure operational excellence at the counter, including adherence to store policies, cleanliness, and efficiency.

**Client Retention and CRM**
- Execute customer retention activities and manage the **CRM database**, ensuring accurate and up-to-date client information.
- Collaborate with the Retail Manager and marketing team to develop and execute impactful customer events and retention actions.
- Identify opportunities to grow the counter’s client base through networking and client outreach initiatives.

- **Passion for luxury retail**: Demonstrated enthusiasm for delivering exceptional experiences in a premium environment.
- **Leadership experience**: Proven ability to lead, inspire, and manage a team in a fast-paced retail setting.
- **Business acumen**: Strong understanding of retail KPIs, reporting, and data-driven decision-making.
- **Customer service expertise**: Several years of experience advising and building relationships with discerning customers in the luxury sector.
- **Sales focus**: A track record of achieving quantitative and qualitative sales targets.
- **CRM experience**: Knowledge of customer loyalty programs and CRM systems to drive client engagement and retention.
- **Professionalism and team spirit**: A polished, motivated, and collaborative personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
- **Technical skills**: Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with retail technology solutions.
- **Language proficiency**: Fluent in **French** and **English**; additional languages are a plus.
