**Front Sales Agent (f/m) variable (env. 40-60%)**:
**Mission du poste**:

- Rattaché(e) au responsable de l’agence, votre tâche première est de fournir des prestations de qualité contribuant à la satisfaction de nos clients.
A ce titre, vous avez pour mission de:

- conseiller et orienter nos clients
- établir des réservations et contrats de location ainsi que la facturation finale
- gérer la remise et réception des véhicules
- aider à la gestion et organisation de la flotte par rapport aux réservations
- divers travaux administratifs

**Profil**:

- De nature communicative et enjouée, vous avez un sens développé des relations commerciales et vous aimez le contact avec la clientèle. Doté(é) d’un esprit de conquête, vous savez faire preuve d’autonomie et aimez les défis. De plus, vous
- parlez et écrivez couramment le français
- avez le niveau B1 au minimum en Anglais
- avez le niveau B2 au minimum en Allemand
- êtes au bénéfice d’un permis de conduire de catégorie B
