Oxyphen GmbH, as part of the Filtration Group®, is an internationally oriented company with headquarters in Wetzikon in the Zurich Oberland (CH) and Lottstetten (DE), located directly on the Swiss border. More than 60 employees from 12 nations have been developing, producing and selling customer-specific membranes and membrane products for more than 30 years, primarily for the automotive industry and the life science sector.

We are looking for a qualified and committed person to start as soon as possible.

**Allrounder in Customer Service / Procurement (M/F/d)**

**Your main duties**:
Customer Service:

- Acceptance and confirmation of orders
- Clarification of delivery dates with the customer
- Organization of shipment and control of completeness (delivery papers, commissioning of forwarding agency...)
- Support in the generation of KPIs for Customer Service
- Sending invoices and reminders to customers

Purchasing
- Purchasing of office supplies and items for daily use
- Execute orders for the Development Department
- Support of the Production department
- Support in the maintenance of the supplier management

Other exciting activities
- Production and shipping of samples and prototypes
- Project work
- Fleet management for company cars
- Occasional business trips abroad for membrane production at a particle accelerator

**What distinguishes you**:

- Completed technical or commercial training
- Experience in calculation preparation for quotation and contract negotiations is an advantage
- Very good spoken and written command of German and English is essential
- Take satisfaction in solving problems
