Proclinical are recruiting a Business Development Representative for a medical technology and devices. This role is on a permanent basis and is located in Basel. The client is focused on offering software development solutions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Evolve personalised outreach pitches to aim at personas and fasten an induction meeting/call.
- Form a pipeline for account executives, qualify inbound MQLs.
- Operate in a tandem with the sales and marketing teams to produce attendance methods at trade shows, talks, follow up and qualification of leads gathered at these events.
- You will leverage prospecting tools to research organisations and recognise crucial verdict makers at prospect accounts.
- Serve as a delegate for the company at aimed events.

**Skills & Requirements**:

- Experience with outbound calling.
- CRM systems knowledge such as salesforce as well as knowledge in LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- A self-starter with a tenacious personality.
- Networking capabilities with a high capacity to engage with the aimed audience.
- Capable of listening and cautiously mapping the issues and buying motivations of the clients.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Exhibited the ability to complete target quotas.
- Fluency in the German and/or French language.
- A scientific background would be beneficial but not needed for the role.
