- We’re looking for a Product Owner to:
- have the overall responsibility for the strategy, roadmap and OKRs (Objective and Key results) as Product Owner of Investment Platform Local Adapter pod
- mitigate impediments to the team’s goals, align across pods and with crew leads and act as your pod’s ambassador towards internal stakeholders and clients
- ensure compliance of the product with risk, security policies and architecture & technology standards
- prioritize activities and maintain the pod’s backlog
- contribute to efficient, pragmatic and continuously improving Agile working practices
- motivate and energize pod members and contribute to their growth and well-being

**Your team**
- You’ll be working within UBS Business Solutions AG in Zurich or Basel. In our agile operating model, crews are aligned to larger products and services fulfilling client needs and encompass multiple pods. Your pod will be in the ‘Find, tailor and contract best UBS offering’ crew.
- The crew’s mission is to enable the Wealth Management and Personal Banking client to find and open relevant investment solutions and invest along the client’s preferences.

**Your expertise**
- ideally several years of experience in working in agile environments with strong understanding of agile delivery frameworks and product ownership, preferably in the financial industry
- University degree in computer science or business administration or related area
- communication and stakeholder engagement skills in multi-national setting
- strong conceptual and analytical thinking
- team player with an enthusiastic and proactive personality, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- fluent in English
