**Your role and responsibilities**:
**Qualifications for the role**:

- Proven experience in product line management, business growth, and strategy execution with strong financial acumen and previous P&L responsibility.
- Deep understanding of customer needs and market dynamics in the home solutions sector.
- Excellent collaboration and leadership skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Strong operational and R&D management experience combined with experience in driving innovation and sustainability in product development.
- Expertise in marketing strategies, demand creation, and product positioning.
