Bist du ein leidenschaftlicher und erfahrener Küchenprofi mit ausgezeichneten Leadership Skills? Dann bist du bei uns genau richtig Als Kitchen Manager übernimmst du die Verantwortung für unser Küchenteam und stellst sicher, dass alle Abläufe reibungslos funktionieren.

**deine Verantwortung**:

- Leitung und wertschätzende Führung und Entwicklung deines Küchenteams
- Einsatzplanung und Sicherstellung der Arbeits
- und Ruhezeiten gemäss L-GAV
- Organisation und Sicherstellung effizienter Arbeitsabläufe in der Küche
- Schulung des Teams sowie Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Rezepten und Qualitätsstandards in Zusammenarbeit mit der Trainingsabteilung
- Verantwortung für Bestellprozesse, Arbeitssicherheit und Reinigungsstandards
- Unterstützung des Restaurant Managers als Stellvertreter
- Volle Kostenkontrolle in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Restaurant Manager

Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Gastro-Grundausbildung, mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung, Leidenschaft für unsere Gäste und ausgewiesene Leader-Qualitäten.

Höchster Qualitätsanspruch ist für dich selbstverständlich. Solide betriebswirtschaftliche Kenntnisse sind ein Muss für diese Funktion.

Alle Standorte sind 7 Tage die Woche von 11:00 Uhr - 23.00 Uhr geöffnet.
