Customer Relations Manager

- What you do
- Main contact person for aircraft owners and operators as well as for the Pilatus management, ensuring high level of customer satisfaction
- Act as a liaison between Pilatus and aircraft owners, operators and Pilatus authorized service centers
- Close cooperation with AOG-coordinator, TechSupport
- & Spares-team
- Point of escalation related to in-service issues including commercial aspects
- On-Site visit to customers on a regular basis
- Assisting Sales-team and participate at conferences as well as tradeshows
- What you bring
- Broad aerospace background, preferably with experience in both technical and commercial areas
- Professional qualifications advantageous, experience and personality considered equally important
- Fluent English language skills are required, proficiency in German would be an advantage
- Highly motivated and focused on customer satisfaction and business development
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritise tasks and allocate time and resources to meet the job requirements
- Willingness to travel and flexibility regarding working hours
