- Your Tasks
- Deputising and assisting the “Senior Programme Manager” in the successful execution of Pilatus trainer aircraft projects
- Liaising with external and internal stakeholders to confirm requirements and ensure all parties are fully aware of the project requirements and objectives
- Assisting with the detailed planning of the project, communicating the plan to all stakeholders and then monitoring progress to ensure deadlines are successfully achieved
- Organising, preparing for and leading customer meetings, acceptance events and internal program reviews
- Supporting the “Senior Programme Manager” to finalise production, delivery and acceptance plans in collaboration with the customer, and internal Units/Departments
- Assisting the “Senior Programme Manager” with all financial aspects of the project to ensure financial objectives are fulfilled

- Experience within the aircraft industry, previous programme management experience is desirable but not essential
- Organisational skills and sense of responsibility
- Well-developed communication and reporting skills, willingness to make presentations and lead meetings
- Willingness and ability to travel abroad for extended periods, if require
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, knowledge of French or German is highly desirable
- Self-motivation, conscientiousness, and commitment to independent and accurate work
