Account Manager Customer Support

- What you do
- Taking a lead role in representing Pilatus and liaising with our trainer fleet customers
- Managing in-service issues and our support contract obligations
- Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Identifying after-sales business opportunities and contract negotiation
- Developing long term customer support strategies
- What you bring
- At least 5 years relevant experience in the aerospace industry, preferably with experience in both technical and commercial areas
- Further area specific education or professional qualifications are an advantage
- Fluent English language skills are required - proficiency in German would be an advantage
- Ability to prioritise tasks and allocate time and resources to meet the job requirements
- A positive and flexible attitude and self-motivated with good interpersonal skills
