Key Account Project Manager

Your Tasks Provide best in class Customer Service to aircraft Owners, Operators, CAMOs, and Pilatus Authorized Service CentersBuild and sustain strong customer relationships to promote trust and long-term engagement.Work closely with CAMOs and aircraft Operators/Owners to oversee dedicated aircraft retrofit campaigns and modification programs and manage commercial aspectsCollaborate cross-functionally with the AOG Coordinator, Technical Support, Warranty and Spares Team, to ensure smooth operationsAct as point of escalation related to in-service issues including commercial aspectsConduct occasional on-site visits to Customers, Service Centers and CAMO organizations With this you convince us Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and/or Engineering is advantageousBroad aerospace background is required, preferably with experience across technical, commercial and customer support domainsDemonstrated experience in a CAMO environment, ideally with business jets or similar aircraft is considered an assetProfessional qualifications advantageous, experience and personality considered equally importantFluent English, German and French language skills are required,Proven ability to collaborate and lead effectively under pressure, fostering teamwork in dynamic environmentsA Team player, who is highly motivated and focused on customer satisfaction and business development, based in Stans, occasional travel required and need to be flexible with working hours What we offer A committed, international team and unique projects Flexible working hours and individual pension solutions Support for training and opportunities for personal and professional development Discounted meals in our staff restaurant and various discounts for employees Team events at which we celebrate our successes together
