Experienced Production Planner

**Work location**: Geneva headquarters, La Plaine, Switzerland

**Key Responsibilities**:
Manage planification of a portfolio of Ingredients based on the inputs from Global Demand, constraints from operations
Coordinate production load & effective use of capacity resources in La Plaine, collaborate with other planners to ensure optimum planning for full site portfolio and address issue when they arise aiming for minimum disruption
Assure Procurement to cover production demand and follow up on supplier performance, non-conformance
Establish and review planning parameters (safety stocks, lead times, etc.) and prepare delivery plan, Master Scheduling
Manage inventory as per given target, contribute to inventory quality and accuracy

**We value**:
BA degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Statistics, or a related field/equivalent relevant experience
Minimum 3-5 years proven experience as production planner, preferably in chemical / process industry
Solid SAP R3/APO and advanced MS Excel skills
Strong relationship skills and interpersonal effectiveness, including ability to collaborate with an internal network of stakeholders (Production, R&D, Quality, Logistics, etc.)
Strong verbal and written communication skills in French & English
Good organizational and problem-solving skills, result driven
