To reinforce the Operations team of BGS and contribute to our growth, we are currently looking for an InterMarket Supply Planner for our exciting and dynamic “Plug and Grow” business model. Reporting to the Demand & Supply Planning Manager, your main role will be to establish Supply Plans with different Contract-Manufacturers for Nutrition / Health Science finished goods. **A day in the life of InterMarket Supply Planner**: - Ensure the highest products availability to our Nestlé operating companies across multiple geographies (right quantity, right place, right time, right freshness) whilst optimizing the total delivered costs through managing, challenging, and optimizing the E2E Supply Chain with an effective DSP process. - Guarantee that an 18-month Supply / Replenishment plan with Contract-Manufacturers is in place to satisfy customer/consumer demands, considering both the network complexity and supply constraints. - Challenge Contract-Manufacturers on a regular basis to review MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity), frozen production period, and Raw & Packaging inventory levels to improve the Supply performance and reduce risk of Bad Goods. - Anticipate, analyze and effectively communicate Supply issues. - Maintain and enhance SAP APO Master Data. - Ensure sustainable Supply Planning Operations with a best-in-class service level. - Strive for excellence by challenging status quo in the operational reviews and by proposing corrective actions to fix failures. - Perform Supply Planning compliance activities. - Participate and contribute to operational reviews with respective business functions **What will make you successful**: - University’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related discipline. - Three or more years of relevant operational experience in one of the following areas: Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Vendor-Managed Inventory Planning. - Knowledge of Project management in a CS related area, "Dealing or working with/for Customers or Suppliers (Distributors, Retailers, Suppliers, etc.)" - Proficiency in SAP APO, MS Excel, PowerBi. - Team player, with excellent communication skills and demonstrated ability to work effectively across different functions and organizations. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Open-minded, curious, looking for solutions to improve efficiency of operations. - Fluent in English (written & spoken), French an asset.
