As a **Customizing Supply Planner**, your role will involve building production plans that adhere to the available capacity, ensuring the availability of finished goods at the right stock locations to meet customer demand.

**A Day in the Life of a Customizing Supply Planner**
- Establish a long horizon production plan for the co-packers within their responsibility
- Creates a feasible production plan within the designated period, considering available capacity, labor, and materials, while respecting product family sequencing
- Identifies opportunities and issues in collaboration with the co-packers
- Contributes to cross-functional planning activities
- Challenges co-packers to optimize lot sizes, cycle times, and inventory levels, and supports Demand Planner to improve accuracy
- Establishes stock policies for finished goods
- Analyzes and evaluates the supply plan and net dispatch requirements, considering network complexity and supply constraints
- Manages inventory to balance product availability and minimize costs, ensuring optimum stocks in the right locations

**What will make you successful**
- Solid operational experience in areas such as Demand and Supply Planning, Factory Planning, MRP, or other demand and supply planning positions
- Good awareness and understanding of business and market trends
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to influence others and navigate conflicting objectives
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Willingness to challenge the current status quo
- Fluent in English and good command of German (B2 minimum) is a must, French is beneficial
