- **Location**:Bubendorf, SwitzerlandAs a member of the Group FP&A Team, the role partners directly with the local Finance members as well as the local project leads for development and commercial projects within the CRAMS business.

As a business partner to those functions, the role ensures that Group processes and standards are implemented and followed by the affiliates.
- **Your responsibilities**:

- Develop and build strong relationships with the project leads and local finance roles, ensuring full involvement in their financials to drive profitability
- Provide management reporting according to CGAMS Performance Indicators
- Contributes to planning activities for the group following the global FP&A’s planning processes and guidelines
- Support planning process of the local manufacturing teams and local finance, incl. working capital elements and investments
- Performs monthly reporting processes, in close liaison with the local teams
- Master Data Management: input, maintenance, contribution in development of reports in Business Intelligence tool

**Your qualification**:

- Master’s degree or equivalent in business/finance/accounting or related field
- Multiple years of Production and Manufacturing Operations FP&A ideally in multi-national/global companies in Pharma or Biotech sector
- Experience in implementing, operating, and maintaining SAP FI/CO/MM functionalities and experience in implementing S4/Hana is a plus
- Hands-on expertise of costing methods in SAP FI/CO/MM is mandatory, including standard costing, actual costing and variance analyses
- Experience in inventory control and analysis
- Experience with SAP Margin Analysis
- Strong business acumen and understanding of broad supply chain elements & processes
- Great collaboration as well as influencing skills with a broad group of stakeholders at different levels within the organization
- Full proficiency in English
