**Position Summary**:

We are looking for a Communication & HR Intern to join our team. It’s a genuine opportunity for career and personal development. You’d be benefiting from modern “smart office” locations providing agile & collaborative workspaces, in a dynamic international working environment.

**A day in the life of a Communication & HR Intern**:

- Contribute to the go-live of the new NHSc Intranet
- Support in the preparation of NHSc HQ meetings
- Support in the organization of Global Webcast meetings
- Manage the HQ product display
- Support the production of ongoing Internal communication materials (newsletters, CEO recordings, special events)
- Coordinate with agencies for the creation of Onboarding videos
- Support on ad-hoc HR administrative tasks

**Required Profile**:

- Fluent in English (mother tongue is a plus)
- At least 2nd year Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, Communication & Art Schools or equivalent
- Special interest in communications, digital savvy, Microsoft Office Tools
- Strong creative mindset, excellent communications skills, flexible & service oriented
