As a "R&D Communications Intern" you will enable our internal and external audiences to discover our global R&D activities in written texts as well as interactive events, providing our experts a platform to illustrate the science and innovation behind products. In the Nestlé R&D Communications & Strategy Development team, you will be exposed to many topics across our R&D organization, from fundamental science to product innovation and culinary expertise.   We offer a dynamic, inclusive, and international working environment with many opportunities across different businesses, functions, and regions. Don't miss the opportunity to join us and work with different teams in an agile and diverse context.  The role is located at our Nestlé Research facility in Lausanne, Switzerland, which employs approximately 1000 people and is comprised of five Nestlé Institutes: Food Sciences; Health Sciences, Food Safety & Analytical Sciences, Packaging Sciences and Agriculture Sciences.  Please follow us on Nestlé R&D on LinkedIn.    A Day in the Life of an R&D Communications Intern Plan, coordinate and execute immersive visits to R&D sites adapted to diverse audiences (e.g. media, scientific KOLs, authorities, business partners, etc.) Support and learn about the logistic of events organization Prepare communication material on science and technology at Nestlé for non-scientific audiences Define storylines, props and visual set-ups together with scientific experts for their interactive sessions with internal and external visitors What will make you successful Bachelor or Master's degree in Communication, Hospitality, Business Administration or relevant Passionate about food, science and technology topics Strong prioritization, organization, event planning and project management skills Capacity to work under pressure within tight deadlines Team player, detail-oriented with can-do attitude Excellent communication and storytelling skills, both written text and immersive visits Fluent in English and French; any other language would be a plus At Nestlé, we want to help shape a better and healthier world, inspire people to live healthier lives and deliver impact at a scale and pace that makes a difference.
