**Position Summary**:
Nestlé Research is based in Lausanne, Switzerland, employs approximately 1000 people and is comprised of five Nestlé Institutes: Material Sciences; Health Sciences, Food Safety & Analytical Sciences, Packaging Sciences and Agriculture Sciences. As a HR Intern in our Human Resources department, you will provide support to the team members on varied projects and activities related to talent & development, analytics and HR partnering

**A day in the life of a HR Intern**:
- Collect and consolidate training needs and follow up on yearly training plans
- Advise employees on the best developmental solutions
- Create analytics to drive specific actions
- Coordinate the performance & development operational activities all along the year
- Provide support to the HR Business Partners in the yearly performance and talent meetings by preparing relevant information
- Coordinate the collection of data related to the Nestlé needs Youth program through the relevant stakeholders
- Create dashboards with relevant key performance indicators to drive decision making process
- Contribute to the organization of the induction program for new comers
**What will make you successful**:
- Bachelor or master’s degree in Human Resources, Management or equivalent
- Previous work experience in the HR field is a plus
- Motivated and curious person, who proactively takes initiative and proposes innovative ideas
- Highly developed team spirit and service orientation. Good organizational skills.
- Good IT skills (good knowledge of basics Excel functions is a strong plus).
- Languages: French and English are must have
