**Deine Verantwortung**:

- Koordination und Umsetzung des werksebenenbasierten Verbesserungsplans
- Leitung von Verbesserungsprojekten zur Prozessoptimierung
- Durchführung von Workshops und Schulungen zur Einführung des HAPEX-Prozesses
- Coaching der lokalen Mitarbeiter bei der Anwendung von HAPEX-Tools und -Techniken
- Mitwirkung bei der Entwicklung von Schulungsmaterial und Modulen für das HAPEX-Konzept

**Deine Skills**:

- Abgeschlossenes Bachelor-Studium in Maschinenbau, Verfahrenstechnik oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in einem Fertigungs
- oder Produktionsumfeld
- Expertise in der Entwicklung und Implementierung von kontinuierlichen Verbesserungssystemen wie Lean, TPM, Six Sigma, Operational oder Performance Excellence
- Qualifizierung als Lean Six Sigma Black Belt / Coach oder mindestens Green Belt, idealerweise zusätzliches Sprachniveau: fließende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
