The role:
We are looking for a
Senior Consultant
to join a team of open-minded, collaborative professionals who are passionate about building impactful digital solutions. In this role, you will bridge business needs and technical delivery, capturing stakeholder requirements, shaping product vision, and translating complex needs into clear, actionable user stories and functional specifications.

You will drive the definition and evolution of digital products for some of the largest companies in the Swiss market and broader region. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will help design scalable, well-architected solutions that leverage modern technology frameworks, where quality, usability, and continuous improvement are top priorities.

You will:

• Engage with clients to understand their business needs and objectives
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, including building trust by communicating effectively and providing solutions and building a vision and roadmaps
• Document outcomes of meetings and manage follow-ups
• Capture customer needs and translate those into functional requirements
• Develop a deep understanding of the client's business and technical environment
• Research existing technology and recommend innovative updates to meet clients' needs
• Stay up-to-date on new features and functionality of assigned technologies
• Proactively identify areas for improvement in the technical solution and work with the development team to implement changes
• Engage in cross-functional collaboration with both internal and client engineering teams to diagnose, analyze, and resolve issues affecting the performance, stability, or integration of existing and new systems
• Provide guidance and advice to clients regarding technical issues involved in solving a problem or implementing a solution
• Gather, analyze, and document requirements, translate them into well-structured epics and user stories with clear acceptance criteria
• Write and propose detailed documentation of the technical solutions that meet the client's needs
• Prepare bids for digital services
• Participate in business development activities such as proposal writing and presentations
• Travel to our client's premises - within Switzerland and broader region

You have:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, or Business Information Technologies, or Marketing Technology or other related fields
• 5+ years professional experience in technical consulting, digital business analysis and consulting or similar
• Experience with digital transformation services in the field of customer experience, digital experience platforms (CMS), website analytics, marketing automation
• Flexible and dedicated to growing our clients' businesses as well as ours
• A strong focus on added value, always looking for the best benefits/efforts for our clients
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies
• Industry-specific knowledge and domain expertise
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German (C1 – C2)
• Proficiency in French language - a nice to have
• Knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud suite - a nice to have
• Ability to work independently and with a team
