Du bist Teil des Multi Asset Solutions Teams und arbeitest an unseren Multi Asset Strategien mit. Du bringst dein Finanzwissen und deine Stärken bei den täglichen operativen Aufgaben ein, arbeitest mit uns an der Ausrichtung unserer Portfolios, unterstützt die interne und externe Kommunikation und bearbeitest Research Themen. Du bist ein kompetenter Teamplayer mit Liebe zum Detail und Freude am Erfolg.

**Deine Aufgaben**
- Verantwortung für das operative Portfolio Management wie Cash Management, FX-Hedging und Handeln über unser Portfolio Management System «Aladdin»
- Analyse von Risiken, Performance Treibern und Positionierung der Portfolios
- Mitarbeit an der taktischen Asset Allokation innerhalb des Investment Prozesses anhand des aktuellen Marktgeschehens
- Fachverantwortung für spezifische Anlageklassen wie Aktien, Rohstoffe, Unternehmensanleihen, Wandelanleihen (gemäss Absprache)
- Ausarbeitung, Umsetzung, Kontrolle und Risikomanagement von Investmententscheiden
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Sales, Products und anderen Abteilungen
- Schreiben von Markt
- und Portfolio-Updates sowie vorbereiten von Meetings und Kundenpräsentationen
- Proaktives Mitwirken bei der kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung des Portfoliomanagementprozesses und bei internen Projekten
- Erstellen und Validieren von qualitativ hochwertigen Analysen in R inklusive deren Dokumentation

**Deine Qualitäten**
- Bachelor/Master im Bereich Finanzen/Wirtschaft/Banking oder einer quantitativen Disziplin, erste Berufserfahrungen in der Finanzbranche
- Erfahrungen im Bereich von Multi-Asset-Portfolios und/oder Aktien
- Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten, hohe Eigenmotivation Fachwissen auf
- und auszubauen
- Interesse an den Finanzmärkten und qualitativen und quantitativen Methoden für das Portfolio Management
- Gute oder hervorragende Kenntnisse in R
- Teamplayer/in, der/die Freude an komplexen Problemstellungen hat und dabei ein hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein bei allen Aufgaben mitbringt
- Fliessend Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
