SCOTT Sports SA is an international sporting goods company. We develop, produce and market Outdoor, Camping, Climbing products worldwide under 4 different brands. The Export Sales Team of the Sport Division is in charge of the international sales and demand planning of Lizard, Bach Equipment, Spatz and Unparallel brands.
To strengthen our team in Givisiez (Switzerland) we are seeking a

**Export Manager Outdoor Brands**
**(Lizard, Bach Equipment, Spatz, Unparallel)**

**Tasks**:
Developing the international Outdoor Distribution network for Lizard, Bach Equipment, Spatz and Unparallel
Managing customer relationships on a daily base
Oversee yearly collection development in cooperation with product managers, brand managers and marketing team
Supervision of the demand planning of assigned categories with existing sales team.
Responsible for overall KPI’s of assigned categories
Planning and executing international Sales Meetings together with Product and Marketing Teams
Analyse macro market information and requirements to further develop our product categories
Plan and execute, in close cooperation with marketing team, the outdoor short to long-mid and term strategy on both product development and marketing

**We expect**:
Professional experience in international outdoor sport or fashion sales distribution,
Extensive knowledge of the outdoor market
Long-term thinking and strategic approach
Excellent communication skills
High level of analytical skills
Willingness to travel
Experience in demand planning
Bachelor degree in Business, Sales Administration or a related field
First language German or English
Fluent French is a must, other additional languages are a plus
High affinity to work within a team
