**Tasks**:

- Execute the BACH marketing
- and communication strategy. Continuously stay informed about market and digital trends to adapt the strategy when necessary.
- Develop a social media community strategy to grow interaction with followers and increase engagement for BACH, Lizard and Unparallel. Coordinate assets and content creation for all social media channels.
- Generate and implement social media content for its platforms according to the brand’s agenda to posts on a regular base.
- Develop a concept for influencer management. Work with influencer to grow credibility and awareness of the brand and increase engagement.
- Moderate social communities and activations on Community platforms
- Manage responses to social media messages, inquiries, and comments on a daily base
- Feed and update our campaign management software Sprinklr and editorial calendars in order to manage information flow and to maintain regularity and frequency of outdoor content
- Plan and execute brand-photo shootings for BACH and Lizard, for catalogs, campaigns, and social media
- Organization and participation of international sales meetings, product launches, events, and tradeshows

**Your Profile**:

- Education in Marketing
- Fluent in English. German or French is an asset.
- Strong Communication and interaction skills
- High affinity of and passion for outdoor products
- High passion for sports
