Specifically for our Supply Chain team within Lausanne, Switzerland, we are looking for a Manager - Market Planning, who will own, lead and manage the market planning process for their assigned market(s)

**Key tasks include but are not limited to**:

- Lead the implementation of the global market planning function within their market(s), collaborating with the OCS and the center of excellence to ensure the single point of contact (SPOC) concept is implemented across categories, establishing a clear flow of inputs/outputs from/to market planning function.
- Ensure that business strategies of assigned market(s) are properly gathered and further processed into a production plan allowing to reach the market(s) targets.
- Knowledge of all the relevant characteristics of market(s), such as sources of revenue, distribution strategy, inventory strategy and commercial strategy etc.
- Assist and support the Senior Manager for Market Planning in the preparation and facilitation of regional S&OP, by consolidating the demand plans critical metrics for allocated market(s), comparing it with the budget, identifying main drivers, opportunities and risks while ensuring the outcome is seamlessly integrated into the subsequent supply chain planning processes.
- Responsible for the adherence to market planning process for markets (forecast dropped as per schedule, quality of forecast reflecting market strategy).

**We are looking for someone with**:

- Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related fields.
- Fluent in English Other Language a plus.
- 8+ Years of experience within Fast Paced Consumer Goods (FMCG), Electronics or Medical Device industry.
- Experience in forecasting, Supply Chain Planning, Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and data analytics.
- 5+ years of management experience.
- Working knowledge of SAP, Supply Chain Planning Solutions and Forecasting Solutions (E2OPEN suite is a strong plus).

**Other skills / function specifics**:
Predictive capabilities - ability to anticipate issues and risks and react before they happen. Ability to see causes and effects through the supply chain.

Analytical Savvy - Ability to process, use, understand, interpret and synthesize large amount of data to make decisions and improve business performance.

Business Acumen - Ability to communicate analytical analysis in comprehensive manner link it to the business environment with an understanding of their implications.

Influencing Skills - Ability to influence process improvement and changes cross functionally.

Social Skills - Ability to communicate effectively up and down the organization and lead conflict resolution.

Leadership Skills - Ability to lead others, drive performance of your organization. Be a champion of processes and inspire change across your network.

System Savvy - Ability to comprehend system landscape, data flow and system functionalities to drive system usage and automation.
