- **Lead the Strategy**: Define and execute a global business digitalization strategy for Sales, Service, and Channel — aligned with clear OKRs, KPIs, and value realization targets.
- **Transform the Commercial Stack**: Enhance Salesforce, CPQ, and Partner platforms to deliver seamless, data-driven customer journeys from quote to cash.
- **Drive Digital Service & E-Commerce**: Scale digital service processes and launch a future-ready B2B e-commerce platform.
- **Champion Change**: Lead global teams through complex digital transformations, ensuring adoption, collaboration, and sustainable success.
**This is you**:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, IT, or Engineering (MBA preferred).
- 10-15 years of experience leading commercial digital transformation in global B2B environments (capital equipment and/or SaaS).
- Proven expertise with Salesforce, CPQ, Service Cloud, ERP integration, and data-driven business improvement.
- Demonstrated success in delivering measurable growth and efficiency through digitalization.
- Strong leadership, change management, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Fluent in English; German or Swiss German is a plus
**Your mission**:
As **Global Head of Business Digitalization**, you will define and drive the global digital transformation of our Sales & Service organization within Hexagon Geosystems.
You will shape the digital ecosystem across **CRM, CPQ, Partner Management, Service Cloud, Analytics/AI, and E-Commerce**, turning technology into measurable commercial impact — increasing speed, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
