This appeals to you Strategic HR Leadership : Act as a trusted advisor to the President of the Construction Trade Solutions division, providing strategic guidance on People & Culture initiatives to support business objectives Business Partnering : Collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders to understand business priorities and translate them into actionable HR strategies and solutions Global Collaboration : Partner with Regional People Partners to ensure alignment and consistency in HR practices across geographies while addressing local needs and challenges Talent Development : Drive programs to attract, retain, and develop top talent within the Construction Trade Solutions division, ensuring a strong leadership pipeline and fostering a culture of continuous learning Organizational Design : Support the division in optimizing organizational structures and processes to enhance efficiency, collaboration, and scalability Change Management : Lead and support change initiatives within the division, ensuring smooth transitions and employee engagement during periods of transformation HR Governance : Ensure adherence to Hexagon’s People & Culture governance framework, policies, and processes while maintaining flexibility to meet the division’s unique needs Future Readiness : Prepare the division for 2026 by implementing the Global People Partner agenda and addressing transition requirements in alignment with the company’s strategic goals  This is you Education : University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred Experience : Proven experience in a senior HR Business Partner or strategic HR leadership role, ideally within a global organisation Experience working in or supporting divisions related to construction, technology, or manufacturing is a plus Skills : Strong business acumen with the ability to connect HR strategies to business objectives. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills Expertise in organisational design, talent management, and change management Ability to navigate complex, matrixed organizations and collaborate effectively across geographies Global Perspective : Experience working in a multicultural environment and managing global HR initiatives About Us At Hexagon, we don't just measure the world – we define its future.
