Join our Global HR Team to closely collaborate with various stakeholders in the field of L&D, Comp & Ben, Recruiting, to further enhance the Global HR journey in our company. This critical role will see you partnering with the HR departments around the globe and other business stakeholder to align on forward thinking, high priority HR topics. **This position can be remote with regular business travels to Germany (NRW)**

**Global Project Coordinator (f/m/d) Human Resources**
**- DACH Region

**This appeals to you**:

- Support and/or partial lead of strategic HR projects in close cooperation with our HR community across the globe to bring strategic Global HR topics to the next level
- Maintain international communication and partnering with HR community, key business owners and relevant stakeholders to ensure the success of the projects and initiatives
- Prepare reports and presentations based on input from internal stakeholders, alert on inconsistencies and highlight priorities

**This is you**:

- University degree in relevant field (eg Business Administration, Human Ressources)
- 2-3 years of professional working experience focusing on project work
- High standard of service-orientation with an open-minded and “can do” mentality
- Analytical and structured thinking, diplomatic, results driven, strong awareness of quality
- Excellent spoken & written English skills, German beneficial
