**The Company**

CelsiusPro AG is a technology and consulting company based in Zurich specialized in designing parametric insurance and derivative contracts (climate, natural catastrophes, agricultural livestock and yield) as well as climate risk assessment and modelling.

We provide risk management solutions and web-based white label platforms for corporations, insurers, brokers, governmental agencies, industry bodies, cooperatives and agribusiness companies to offer smart and cost-effective products to clients.

**The Product Management team**

You will be part of the Products team, which acts as a link between the Business and the Technology teams. The Products team leads the implementation projects of our web-based white label platforms and takes care of technical requests from existing clients. We are looking for a product manager to extend our capabilities.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Lead client projects for the setup of new white label platforms
- Lead internal projects to improve the delivery process
- Develop a deep understanding of client needs and translate them into technical specifications
- Daily collaboration with Software Engineering and R&D teams to explain technical specifications
- Prioritize the tech-backlog of your projects
- Contribute to the planning of the roadmap
- Prototype parametric insurance products structures and perform ad-hoc statistical analyses

**You have**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience
- At least three years of experience in an Insurtech or in a similar environment
- General understanding or strong interest in parametric insurance
- Ability to discuss complex topics with a wide range of stakeholders including clients, sales, research and development and software engineering
- Solid knowledge in R, Python or strong interest in building up skills
- Solid statistical skills
- Fluent in English, German is a plus
