**Head of Technical Assurance (80-100%)**:
**Your responsibilities**:

- Team Lead overseeing a small group of technical assurance experts
- Ensure that compliance and technical assurance documentation is adequately maintained and complies with applicable regulations
- Formulate the technical assurance vision and lead the planning and execution of processes and tools to ensure compliance with national and international standards
- Analyze the evolution of technical assurance regulations and anticipate their impact on Skyguide processes and working methods
- Advise the Chief Safety and Security Officer and his direct managers on technical assurance, compliance and quality concerns
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, in particular the engineering department, the corporate compliance team and the Federal Office of Civil Aviation

**Your profile**:

- Master degree in Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent
- Recognized experience as Business Analyst, System-, or Software or Quality Manager
- Practical experience with SES Regulatory Framework
- Strong people management skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively
- Proficient in English and French written and orally, good command in German is an asset
