We are recruiting a **Head of Marketing** based at our global headquarters in Geneva. At this position, you report directly to the CEO and have the unique opportunity to drive and implement the global Marketing strategy of OM Pharma, working in close collaboration with other departments and local affiliates, while ensuring optimal management and support of our international network of partners.

Your main responsibilities are as follows:

- Recruit, lead, support and develop the Marketing team, set targets, provide guidance and feedback, and mentor your team to meet deliverables
- Develop and drive implementation of the global Marketing strategy, including external communication activities
- Effectively cascade global corporate and brand strategies and optimize local sales opportunity by understanding local environments/challenges, supporting partners to develop local marketing plan & related tactics, sharing best practices and proposing adapted solutions
- Perform market monitoring and provide insights to internal stakeholders on local brand performance and progress of business activities in key markets
- Spot Marketing opportunities by identifying customer requirements & behaviors, market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses
- Work to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the employees, processes, projects, and organizations as a whole

Business travels are required for this position, around 20% of working time.
- Master’s degree in the field of Marketing, Life Sciences or Business management, or similar educational background
- 5-10 years of experience in a Marketing leadership function within the pharmaceutical industry, ideally at a global level involving international partner management activities
- Proven experience in direct people management
- Financial and budgeting skills
- Full fluency in English; speaking French would be a strong asset
