**OVERVIEW**:
The Head of Accounting will be a senior leadership position focused on overseeing and managing the accounting function within the organisation. This role will involve leading a team of accounting professionals, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and compliance with accounting standards and regulations, as well as leading key projects.

**MISSIONS AND RESPONSABILITIES**:
**1. Accounting**:

- Accounts receivable - Accounts payable - Payroll integration - Travel cost and expenses integration - Fixed assets - Other subledgers
- For FIA France, FIA Switzerland, Subsidiaries and AIT _
**2. Consolidation/combination of group entities**
**3. Financial reporting including Annual Reports**
**4. Audit coordination**
**5. Tax**
- Tax records -Tax declarations, including collection of tax receivable -Tax documentation, incl. intercompany documentation VAT, income taxes, cost taxes
**6. Internal controls and compliance with applicable legal, fiscal and accounting norms For all areas described**
**7. Team leadership and development**
**8. Systems and technology, evolution of ERP, linked systems and interfaces
**PROFILE:
- Master's degree in Accounting, Finance / chartered accountant.
- Minimum of 10 years of accounting experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of team leadership experience.
- Proficient knowledge of the Swiss Code of Obligations and French accounting standards.
- Consolidation experience.
- Strong understanding of internal controls and compliance.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems.
- Full proficiency in the use of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in English; another language would be a plus.
