As a member of the Transformation & Development team, you will actively participate in the realignment of the Markets division, which consists of securities trading and markets services (all asset classes).

The team follows a transformation roadmap to empower the division for future challenges. At the same time, traders and markets services specialists request changes to their systems constantly to further develop their processes.

As project leaders and business analysts, the team members run and manage several projects of both dimensions (transformation & development) simultaneously and support each other with their knowledge and out-of-the-box thinking approach whenever required.

**YOUR CHALLENGE**:

- Leading transformation projects to success
- Assessing and managing change requests raised by the business
- Conducting in-depth analyses and identify best solutions, which ensure a strong development of the division
- Presenting work progresses and results to stakeholders from various entities
- Establishing yourself as point of contact for topics related to Foreign Exchange and Precious Metals
- Contributing as a consultant to projects outside the Markets division
- Performing a careful and flawless stakeholder management
- Working with collaboration tools such as Confluence, JIRA, Sharepoint, Webex, Jabber, etc.

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- Banking apprenticeship, preferably with further education in Business Administration or similar discipline
- Profound knowledge and experience in the banking or financial industry, preferably in Foreign Exchange & Precious Metal and/or securities trading environment
- Experience in project management
- Strong technical affinity, ideally already familiar with Confluence, JIRA and Sharepoint
- Curiosity to learn new things and to challenge existing practices
- Solution-oriented mindset, well organized and reliable, high sense of responsibility
- Flexible, creative and open-minded personality
- Team player with strong interest in and deriving joy from collaborating with others
- Ability to perform under pressure and in a hectic environment
- Ability to quickly understand, synthesize and analyse substantial amounts of information
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with experience in collaboration with various stakeholders across different areas / hierarchy levels
- Ability to pool requirements and construct concrete action-points thereof
- High motivation and energy to work with your future colleagues towards the purposes of the Transformation & Development team
- Excellent written and spoken German and English skills, knowledge of French, Italian and other languages is an advantage
