International Sales Manager

**Your Job**:
We’re looking for a International Sales Manager to join our growing team. You will be responsible for the international sales within the specified market, specifically around driving the global account strategy on a set number of large global accounts (inbound and outbound opportunities) and will have two types of customers - internal customers (Indeed field staff) and Indeed’s global accounts.

**Responsibilities**:

- Partner with Enterprise sales & support representatives on a focus list of Global Accounts to drive global sales revenue and global cooperation
- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
- Cooperation with various global regions to achieve key global goals
- Ensure that sales strategies are communicated to all sales/support staff as well as ensuring compliance
- Map the focus list of global accounts and identify new business opportunities within existing accounts
- Collaborate with international sales & support staff on account planning activities
- Develop quarterly action plans and communicate to Director and Sr Senior Director level
- Lead team education on internal resources, tool and international market nuances
- Effectively manage projects between internal business channels (Client Success, Client Insights/Tools, Enterprise Training teams, Global Product)

**Who You Are**:

- Senior experience in a sales-oriented environment
- Experience selling to large global organizations
- Previous experience creating sales strategies for international brands
- Experience in digital media preferred
- Strong intercultural competence in a diverse business environment
- Strong presentation skills
- participation in bid presentation
- Flexibility in terms of working hours due to different time zones
- Strong language skills - German and English required

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Indeed's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include quarterly bonuses, Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), an open Paid Time Off policy, and many region-specific benefits.

**Salary Range Transparency**:
Zurich 120,000 - 180,000 CHF per year
