- We’re looking for a Business Manager for the following duties:
- run and manage the monthly financial forecasting, workforce planning and yearly budgeting process
- support the Stream management in achieving our financial goals, mitigating risks and deliver on our key initiatives
- manage ad-hoc projects and administrative tasks and collaborate with stakeholders in Finance, Front office and HR
- deliver ad-hoc analysis for own area, develop and implement efficiency measures
- support senior management by creating relevant and insightful presentations
- be the reliable “go-to” person for business management related topics for your stream
- ensure the running of the various governance activities and applicable preparation tasks

**Your team**
- You will be working as an Business Manager in the CDIO AM Centre of Expertise (CoE) team reporting into the Chief Business Officer (CBO) and the Stream Technical Lead (STL). The COE is responsible for supporting the Head of CDIO AM and the Stream Leadership in bringing together the technology organization to deliver on their strategy and priorities for UBS Asset Management. Our team's goal is to be a center of expertise of each activity we perform, which include portfolio governance, financial management & workforce planning, communication, culture & people management. We are diverse, creative and motivated, with an openness to learn.

**Your expertise**
- proven track record in the financial services industry as a business manager, operating manager, chief of staff, or in similar role(s) which requires above expertise and leadership
- experience in managing a broad portfolio of topics and projects, eager to learn and with a strong “can do” attitude
- experience in driving decision-making and managing priorities, as well as outstanding organizational skills
- enthusiastic about working across different cultures and time-zones and with a wide range of stakeholders
- ability to interact, build and leverage relationships with different functional stakeholders proactively, anticipating needs of the senior management and find efficient and pragmatic solutions
- capable of working under pressure towards tight deadlines and coping with complex and changing topics
- solid grasp of data analysis and performance metrics
- be able to diagnose problems quickly and have foresight into potential issues
- excellent verbal and written communication skills with rapport-building and listening ability
- fluent in written and spoken English, German as a strong plus
