Finance Transformation Manager m/w/d, Zürich
For our client, a leading company in the telecommunications sector, we are currently seeking an experienced Finance Transformation Manager .
This role is ideal for a strategic, hands-on professional who excels at bridging finance, technology, and business operations.
Lead and manage end-to-end finance transformation projects, from target operating model design through to full implementation
Analyse current-state finance processes (e.g., Act as the primary interface between the Finance function, business units, and external vendors. Design and execute change management strategies to support the adoption of new processes and systems. Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for finance users
Strong ability to translate finance strategy into actionable project plans and practical solutions, combined with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Comprehensive understanding of finance operating models, core accounting principles, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes
Several years of experience managing large-scale, enterprise-wide projects using formal project management methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile
Hands-on experience with financial systems such as SAP S/4 and financial planning and analytics tools
Good understanding of key technologies shaping finance transformation, including predictive analytics, agentic AI, and data visualisation tools
Fluent in English, German is a big plus
