The Transformation Office belongs to the Business Transformation (BT) unit, which is part of the COO organization. BT plays an important role in the definition of the future strategic agenda of the bank by delivering change in digital bank infrastructure topics and coordinating activities between Business and IT.

The role of the Junior Business Manager is to work on the financials of the transformation portfolio, prepare financial reports and manage ad-hoc requests on the edge of strategy and execution.

We offer working in a team with exposure to the senior management of the bank in an open but challenging and performance-oriented environment with the potential to grow with your tasks.

**YOUR CHALLENGE**:

- Independently prepare financial reports on the overall change portfolio of the bank for monthly Senior Management / Executive Board Meetings including: collecting and challenging forecasts, understanding investments in initiatives or deviations of scope and budget, updating KPIs for the management
- Work closely together with Project and Program Leads in and outside BT to manage the programme financials and align scope and available budget, approving changes if necessary
- Support the Head of Business Transformation and her management team with ad-hoc financials analysis
- Work on ad-hoc strategic topics, similar to internal consulting tasks, concerning e.g. digital and innovation or bank wide strategic requests

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration or Science with good grades
- Relevant work experience (1-2 years), preferably in an international environment
- Excellent knowledge in Excel and PowerPoint
- A good understanding of project controlling and project management
- Knowledge of Project Management tools (e.g. planning, budgeting etc.)
- Strong problem solving and communications skills
- Strong analytical skills and structured workstyle
- Experience with agile methodology and tools a plus
- Proficiency in English and German (oral and written) is a must, other languages would be a plus
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and taking a hands-on approach
