This role offers a broad scope of responsibilities, ranging from project coordination and financial oversight to process governance and internal communications YOUR CHALLENGE Manage day-to-day operational and administrative activities within the business unit Lead and/or support strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects Prepare presentations, concepts, and white papers for internal and external stakeholders Conduct and coordinate quantitative and qualitative analyses to support decision-making Oversee financial planning, cost control, and reporting for the business unit and its projects Own and govern business unit-specific processes to ensure operational efficiency Organise and execute internal events and communications (e.g. offsites, town halls) YOUR PROFILE 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the financial industry Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proven experience in project management and cross-functional collaboration Excellent communication and presentation abilities Agile mindset with a structured and proactive approach to work Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure Proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel Relevant higher education and professional background We are looking forward to receiving your full job application through our online application tool.
